1. Appointments & Bookings
Consultations: All new clients must complete a skin consultation and medical history form prior to their first clinical treatment.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date health and medical information to ensure your treatment safety.
2. Cancellation & Booking Fees
Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit to secure certain high-value bookings.
Notice: You must provide at least 24 or 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Fees: Failure to give sufficient notice, or missing an appointment completely, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a late cancellation fee.
3. Treatment Results & Expectations
Varying Outcomes: Skincare treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling results vary by individual skin type and lifestyle.
No Guarantees: The clinic does not guarantee identical, specific outcomes for any individual cosmetic procedure.
Aftercare: You must strictly follow all pre- and post-treatment aftercare instructions provided by your therapist.
4. Products & Refunds
Skincare Sales: All retail sales (including pHformula and Nimue products) are final once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Adverse Reactions: In the rare event of an allergic reaction, contact the clinic immediately for a skin assessment and potential product exchange.
Services: Refunds are not issued for completed clinical treatments or used packages.
5. Right to Refuse Treatment
